Is it your fault to fix or a common repair?
Problems inside your own flat or home, such as your boiler, internal plumbing, wiring, windows (unless your Title Deeds say otherwise) or your own water tank, are the owner's responsibility. Please contact your own tradesperson or insurer.
Problems with the common parts of the building, such as the roof, gutters, stairwell, close lighting, controlled entry, shared drains or shared gardens, are Common Repairs. Report them to Integro on 0141 354 1735 or info@integropm.com, or for urgent out-of-hours problems use our Emergency Contacts page.
If you're unsure, check your Title Deeds or Deed of Conditions, or just ask us.
